Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, ownership of the agreed-upon final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase your work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any unpaid work remains property of Trésor Agency.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
